1. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Orders
- All orders must be placed through our website or authorized representatives.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely materials (including media files and scripts, if applicable) to enable delivery of the Services.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including for inappropriate or unlawful content.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are shown on our website or at the time of ordering.
- Payment must be made in full before Services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late or failed payments may result in delayed or suspended Services.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery times are communicated during ordering. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee exact turnaround times. Delays may occur due to technical issues, file quality, or factors beyond our control.
5. Accuracy and Limitations
We strive for high-quality, accurate CC and AD; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy and disclaim liability for minor errors, omissions, or variations. You are responsible for reviewing final files for compliance with your requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all content you provide.
- By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use and process your content solely to deliver the Services.
- Delivered files are for your use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our consent.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your materials as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law. While we use reasonable measures to protect your files, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

- Once production has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted at our sole discretion.
